Vinification: AKA “The Drought Year’s White”. All estate fruit, foot stomped Marsanne with 4 days skin contact blended with pressed Grenache Blanc, Viognier, Roussanne and co-fermented in open top vessel. Aged 22 months in Neutral Oak with a few rackings and then bottled on descending moon.
Tasting Notes: .Slight skin contact of Marsanne gives slight depth and tannin. A beautiful wine with as much flavor and palate excitement as any red can entice.
