We are right in between San Francisco and Los Angeles on the California Central Coast. We are 10 minutes east of Templeton and the 101 freeway, 20 minutes south of Paso Robles, 15 minutes north of Atascadero, and 30 minutes north of San Luis Obispo.
A tour entails a one to two hour experience of intimate tasting with one of our AmByth crew members that is very knowledgeable of our farming and vinification processes. You will be right in the wine cellar surrounded by steep vineyards on top of AmByth hill overlooking the Templeton Gap and South Paso Robles area. You will likely see and learn about our livestock and farming practices and theories and maybe even taste some Amphora or barrel samples. Starting with an overview of our vineyard’s viticulture theories and ending with a private tasting of 4-6 different wines and olive oils. Feel free to take in the vistas and check out the gardens before/after the tasting, or have a picnic with a bottle of wine.
We are typically available 9a-6p Friday to Monday but can possibly accommodate during the week. To arrange a tour or tasting, please schedule an appointment by calling us or filling out the form above. Please specify day and time requested. We will confirm by sending a gate code and directions.
