Vinification: Grapes were hand harvested 2 different mornings in early September due to the block's elevation and difference in ripening. Pressed after 1 and 2 weeks of daily punchedowns and transferred to (3) 225 liter neutral oak barrels. Aged on the lees for 28 months before racking two times and bottled on descending moons. Ingredients: Biodynamic Grapes.
