Vinification: Hand picked and gently foot stomped early in the morning with volunteers and friends. Fermented with daily punchdowns on the pressed skins of Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne for 19 days. Elevage for 22 months in a 350 liter Italian Terracotta Amphora. This wine may contain sediment so a gentle decant is suggested. Ingredients: Grapes.

Tasting Notes: A juicy wine with aromas of red plums, cherry, and hibiscus on the nose. Smooth on the palate with notes of red fruits, followed by a lingering aftertaste.
