Whole cluster foot stomped to start ferment and daily punchedowns for 9 days. Pressed and then aged in a 500 liter Italian Terracotta Amphora for 23 months. Racked twice and bottled during descending moons. Ingredients: Biodynamic Grapes.

Tasting Notes: Every year our field blend comes up differently and that really is the magic of field blends. It really portrays the year’s climate and growing conditions. 2017 did not disappoint with Mourvedre springing back from the winters deluge of rain more than the Grenache and is an apparent primary varietal showing herself in this blend. Amphora aged the typical AmByth bright acid shows with, honestly, hard to pin-point fruit.
