Cidermaker’s Note: Golden Delicious apples from Staghorn Farms in Cayucos, California, were pressed, fermented and aged in pressed Counoise skins that were used for rosé was added so tons of color, tannin and taste was extracted during the month of maceration. A further fourteen months of eleváge and a touch of fresh juice before bottling for effervescence and fun on the tongue. Enjoy chilled.
