Cidermaker’s Note: Golden Delicious apples were second pressed and then fermented on mourvedre skins that were just pressed off for a Rose. The cider settled for 11 months in neutral oak puncheon. The result is a smooth dry cider with a bouquet of rose and apple blossoms, light but full of flavor wiht nuances of both fruit in hybrid harmony. Bottle conditioned carbonation with actively fermenting honey mead for a little spritz ;)
